This week we take a look back for updates on two houses that got a lot of attention for their artistic choices. Find out how the fine battle ended for the Florida couple that covered their home in a Van Gogh mural. Then we go to Hillsborough, California for an update on the Flintstone home.

Primetime Variety Show to raise money for refugees

The Primetime Variety Show & Open Mic returns to TheatreNOW on July 18th, this Wednesday night.

This monthly showcase features live music, stand-up comedy, poetry and more. The program is a blend between booked featured artists and open mic sign-ups.  All artists are welcome to sign-up and perform. This month’s featured artists include.

Sarah Rodriguez

The show is hosted by Wills Maxwell. Maxwell is best known for the comedy news segment “What Did We Miss?” and least known for feeding birds at the park while dressed as Uncle Drew. Open mic sign-up is at 7pm and the show begins at 8pm. This month we are splitting the proceeds from the door with Interfaith Refugee Ministry. Interfaith helps refugees settle and rebuild their lives in the Cape Fear region. It’s a $5 minimum donation to watch the show.
